 Ms. Victoria Nagessar is an empathetic, passionate and dedicated lawyer. She is committed to assisting all her clients in a professional manner, focusing on their individual needs.

Victoria practices in the area of Family Law and Child Protection Law. She also has training and experience in managing clients with a history of  domestic violence.

Victoria is a  graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelors of Science with Honours, she went on to obtain her law degree from the University of Leicester in England. Upon completing law school, Victoria attained her Master's Degree in Law at the University of Toronto, specializing in Criminal and Family Law. During her studies, she volunteered with Law Help Ontario, where she assisted self-represented litigants. 

Victoria was called to the bar in June 2017 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. 

Ms. Ashley Sherk works tirelessly for her clients, has a strong work ethic, and is result driven.  She is confident, patient, and compassionate about her clients and their files.

Ashley obtained a Legal Administration diploma and went on to obtain a Paralegal diploma, graduating with Honours in the Paralegal Program.

Ashley has been providing legal services in the Simcoe and Muskoka area, specifically in Barrie and Orillia since graduating. Ashley has successfully advocated Landlord and Tenant, Provincial Offences, and Human Rights matters. 

Ashley has an abundant amount of legal experience and is a Family Law Clerk specialist.

Ashley became a licensed Paralegal in October 2016 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.   

Mr. Gurjas Grewal is a compassionate and client-focused lawyer, dedicated to providing personalized legal solutions that align with his clients' goals. He is committed to advocating for his clients' best interests at every stage of their legal journey.

Gurjas obtained his law degree from the University of Leicester and completed his Master of Laws at Syracuse University. During his academic career, he volunteered with the Volunteer Lawyers Project of Onondaga County, assisting with Landlord/Tenant matters. Following the completion of his studies, Gurjas completed his licensing through the Law Practice Program (LPP) at Toronto Metropolitan University, where he completed his placement at a law firm in Vaughan, Ontario in the area of family law.

Gurjas is fluent in both English and Punjabi.

When he is not working, Gurjas enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, spending quality time with family, friends, and his dog Aussie.

Gurjas was called to the Bar in 2024 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Ms. Jenny Kim is deeply committed to helping clients navigate some of the most challenging moments in their lives with empathy, understanding, and meticulous attention to detail. Jenny focuses her practice on family law.

Jenny earned her Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University, where she honed her advocacy skills through participation in multiple moots and litigation competitions. During her time with the Ministry of the Attorney General, she developed strong advocacy and litigation skills while gaining valuable insight into the working on Ontario's court system.

Her background in business, global affairs and public policy provides her with a broad perspective on the social and economic factors that influence family dynamics and legal decision-making.

Outside of her practice, Jenny enjoys jogging, biking, and watching movies.

Ms. Pragya Kureel is a compassionate and determined lawyer dedicated to guiding clients through complex family law matters with empathy and personalized support. She prioritizes achieving the best possible outcomes for families, children, and individuals navigating challenging situations.

Pragya specializes in Family Law, focusing on decision making, parenting time, support, and property issues. Her experience in resolving disputes and advocating for clients' rights has earned her a reputation for delivering results-driven support.

Pragya earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Delhi's School of Law and Legal Studies, followed by completion of the NCA examination to build her practice in Canada. She furthered her education with a Master's Degree in Law from Queen's University, specializing in Gender Equality and Constitutional Rights.

A published author of four fiction books, Pragya's writing often explores themes of women's rights, marital issues, and domestic violence, showcasing her passion for advocacy. 

When not practicing law, Pragya enjoys outdoor activities like skating, hiking, and canoeing, as well as traveling.

As a dual-licensed lawyer Pragya was called to the Bar in 2025 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. 

Ms. Yuxuan Huang is a compassionate lawyer who helps clients navigate some of life’s toughest moments with understanding, clear guidance, and practical solutions. Yuxuan focuses her practice on family law, ensuring that every client feels supported and understood throughout the legal process.

Yuxuan earned her Juris Doctor degree from Bond University in Australia, where she developed strong advocacy and negotiation skills through extensive participation in moots and client advocacy exercises. She also holds a Master of Business degree, majoring in Marketing, which has strengthened her ability to understand client needs, communicate effectively, and approach legal issues with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset.

Before entering the legal field, Yuxuan managed a franchise business, an experience that gave her a deep appreciation for the importance of clear communication and building trust. She was first admitted as a lawyer in New South Wales, Australia, and later relocated to Canada, where she is licensed to practice in Ontario. Her international education and work experience provide her with an open, steady, and empathetic perspective in practice, allowing her to guide clients through complex legal processes with understanding and patience.

Outside of her legal practice, Yuxuan enjoys discovering and brewing new coffee beans at home and spending time with her dog.

Ms. Emily Anderson graduated from Georgian College in 2017 with a Certificate of General Arts and Science, following which, she decided to pursue law. Emily then began her studies at Georgian College for the Law Clerk program, graduating on the Dean’s List in 2019.

Emily briefly worked in a local Civil Law practice before gaining employment within the Ministry of Attorney General in the County of Simcoe. She performed the roles of Court Clerk and Registrar, Court Reporter and Court and Client Representative of Family and Criminal Law in both the Superior and Ontario Court of Justice within various courthouses across the region.

Emily is recognized by her peers for her ability to promote positivity, inclusivity, belonging and is a strong advocate of social justice and equal opportunity. 

When Emily is not working, she enjoys the adventure of solo-backpacking and committing her time to engaging in volunteer work across the globe as well as spending time with her teacup Chihuahua, Francine.

Ms. Kiran Gill holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Laurentian University, where she gained valuable insights into social dynamics and community needs. Additionally, she graduated from the Paralegal Accelerated Program, equipping her with practical skills to support legal processes and advocate for justice.

Kiran is a dedicated and passionate individual with a strong educational background and a commitment to helping others. 

Kiran is fluent in both English and Punjabi, and she is able to connect with diverse communities and provide effective assistance in a variety of settings. 

Kiran is driven by a desire to make a positive impact, whether through legal support or by contributing to the well-being of those around her.

Outside of Kiran's professional life, she enjoys spending time with her dog and staying active in her local community. Kiran is always eager to learn, grow, and find new ways to support and uplift those in need.

Ms. Pascalina Ajibade obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the Benue State University and completed the compulsory training from the Nigerian Law School. After the completion of her program with the Nigerian Law School, she worked with the Council of Legal Education in Nigeria, and participated in the review, drafting and refinement of the guidelines for all law students. She also practiced as a criminal defence lawyer in Nigeria before relocating to Canada.

After moving to Canada, Pascalina continued her commitment to the pursuit of law by completing her Law Clerk Diploma at Georgian college.

Pascalina is a passionate legal support worker with strong professional ethics. She has a strong academic background and practical experience with the zeal to use these resources to serve the needs and interest of our clients.

Pascalina is driven by self-actualization and advocacy for all. She believes in service to humanity and is eager to be of service whenever she is called upon.
