Victoria practices in the area of Family Law and Child Protection Law. She also has training and experience in managing clients with a history of  domestic violence.

Victoria is a  graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelors of Science with Honours, she went on to obtain her law degree from the University of Leicester in England. Upon completing law school, Victoria attained her Master's Degree in Law at the University of Toronto, specializing in Criminal and Family Law. During her studies, she volunteered with Law Help Ontario, where she assisted self-represented litigants. 

Victoria was called to the bar in June 2017 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. 

Ashley works tirelessly for her clients, has a strong work ethic, and is result driven.  She is confident, patient, and compassionate about her clients and their files.

Ashley obtained a Legal Administration diploma and went on to obtain a Paralegal diploma, graduating with Honours in the Paralegal Program.

Ashley has been providing legal services in the Simcoe and Muskoka area, specifically in Barrie and Orillia since graduating. Ashley has successfully advocated Landlord and Tenant, Provincial Offences, and Human Rights matters. 

Ashley has an abundant amount of legal experience and is a Family Law Clerk specialist.

Ashley became a licensed Paralegal in October 2016 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.   

Daniel is a compassionate, professional, and patient lawyer. He is dedicated to helping all his clients and listens to their specific needs.

Daniel obtained his law degree from the University of New Brunswick and exclusively practices in Family Law and Child Protection Matters. Daniel is also a graduate from York University with a Bachelors in Administrative Studies with Honours in Accounting.

In his spare time, Daniel volunteers with the Canadian Red Cross where he helps individuals facing disaster get back on their feet. He also volunteers with a local animal shelter.

Daniel was called to the bar in April 2021 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Sargam is an empathetic, patient and dedicated lawyer.  She is committed to providing compassionate, personalized legal services to each client and to working towards the best possible and cost-effective outcome for their situation. 

Sargam obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Sociology and Psychology from the University of Toronto in 2018 and went on to earn her LL.B from the University of Birmingham, a prestigious Russell Group university in the United Kingdom in 2020. During her studies Sargam volunteered at pro-bono groups, innocence Canada and local food banks. 

Upon her return to Toronto, Sargam completed her articles at Pace Law in Toronto in personal injury and litigation matters, where she honed her legal skills, including advocacy, negotiation and legal research. With her experience in civil litigation and passion for family law, Sargam brings a unique perspective to each case and strives to provide the highest quality of legal representation to each of her clients. 

Sargam is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi.

In her spare time, Sargam enjoys swimming, playing volleyball and spending time with friends and family. 

Sargam was called to the Bar in 2023 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. 

Chantal is a compassionate and driven lawyer, who passionately advocates for her clients. She prides herself on her understanding of access to justice issues, particularly in the area of family law. 

Chantal obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts and Science in Criminology at Lakehead University in 2018. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor at the University of Ottawa in 2021. Throughout her legal studies she emphasized access to justice, trauma-informed practices, and mental health law. 

Following her completion of law school, Chantal returned home to Simcoe County and completed her licensing through the Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University. She completed her placement at a local firm in the area of personal injury defence. 

In her spare time, Chantal enjoys crocheting and running her Etsy shop "YarnTootinCrocheting", as well as embroidery. She also enjoys spending time with her orange cat, Fanta. 

Chantal was called to the bar in 2023 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. 

Visar is an ambitious, disciplined, and empathic lawyer. He takes great pleasure in advocating for clients and helping them achieve the best possible outcome through a difficult life transition.

Visar obtained his Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University in 2017. He then attended law school at the University of Windsor where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2021. Throughout his legal studies, he experienced enthusiasm in his volunteering activities assisting vulnerable clients who were in need of, but could not afford, legal services.  

After law school, Visar articled at a prominent personal injury law firm where he sharpened his skills in advocacy to an extent that allowed him to be simultaneously meticulous, creative, and persistent in ensuring an optimal result for his clients. At a practical level, his experiences have given him a better understanding of the competence required when providing legal services to clients.

Visar is fluent in English and Albanian.

In his spare time, Visar enjoys playing volleyball, tennis, and engaging in powerlifting. He also cherishes spending time with his dog, Noxy.

Emily graduated from Georgian College in 2017 with a Certificate of General Arts and Science, following which, she decided to pursue law. Emily then began her studies at Georgian College for the Law Clerk program, graduating on the Dean’s List in 2019.

Emily briefly worked in a local Civil Law practice before gaining employment within the Ministry of Attorney General in the County of Simcoe. She performed the roles of Court Clerk and Registrar, Court Reporter and Court and Client Representative of Family and Criminal Law in both the Superior and Ontario Court of Justice within various courthouses across the region.

Emily is recognized by her peers for her ability to promote positivity, inclusivity, belonging and is a strong advocate of social justice and equal opportunity. 

When Emily is not working, she enjoys the adventure of solo-backpacking and committing her time to engaging in volunteer work across the globe as well as spending time with her teacup Chihuahua, Francine.

Cailyn graduated from the Law Clerk program at Georgian College in 2022, before returning to complete a Graduate Certificate in Paralegal Studies, which she obtained in 2023 with honors. 

Prior to her legal studies, Cailyn attended Carleton University in 2015 and studied in Global and International Studies, with a specialization in Global Politics. 

Cailyn has prior experience as a Law Clerk assisting with numerous trials and settlements.   

Cailyn is known among her peers as being extremely warm and friendly, as well as for her ability to relate to clients and provide exceptional customer service in any field. Due to her multi-cultural background, she is a strong supporter of Indigenous Law and assisting BIPOC clients. 

When Cailyn is not working, she enjoys going camping with her family; watching scary movies; and cuddling with her family Goldendoodle, Penny.

Cailyn became a licensed Paralegal in May 2024 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
