 Ms. Victoria Nagessar is an empathetic, passionate and dedicated lawyer. She is committed to assisting all her clients in a professional manner, focusing on their individual needs.

Victoria practices in the area of Family Law and Child Protection Law. She also has training and experience in managing clients with a history of  domestic violence.

Victoria is a  graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelors of Science with Honours, she went on to obtain her law degree from the University of Leicester in England. Upon completing law school, Victoria attained her Master's Degree in Law at the University of Toronto, specializing in Criminal and Family Law. During her studies, she volunteered with Law Help Ontario, where she assisted self-represented litigants. 

Victoria was called to the bar in June 2017 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. 

Ms. Ashley Sherk works tirelessly for her clients, has a strong work ethic, and is result driven.  She is confident, patient, and compassionate about her clients and their files.

Ashley obtained a Legal Administration diploma and went on to obtain a Paralegal diploma, graduating with Honours in the Paralegal Program.

Ashley has been providing legal services in the Simcoe and Muskoka area, specifically in Barrie and Orillia since graduating. Ashley has successfully advocated Landlord and Tenant, Provincial Offences, and Human Rights matters. 

Ashley has an abundant amount of legal experience and is a Family Law Clerk specialist.

Ashley became a licensed Paralegal in October 2016 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.   

Mr. Gurjas Grewal is a compassionate and client-focused lawyer, dedicated to providing personalized legal solutions that align with his clients' goals. He is committed to advocating for his clients' best interests at every stage of their legal journey.

Gurjas obtained his law degree from the University of Leicester and completed his Master of Laws at Syracuse University. During his academic career, he volunteered with the Volunteer Lawyers Project of Onondaga County, assisting with Landlord/Tenant matters. Following the completion of his studies, Gurjas completed his licensing through the Law Practice Program (LPP) at Toronto Metropolitan University, where he completed his placement at a law firm in Vaughan, Ontario in the area of family law.

Gurjas is fluent in both English and Punjabi.

When he is not working, Gurjas enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, spending quality time with family, friends, and his dog Aussie.

Gurjas was called to the Bar in 2024 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

Mr. George Eskander is a empathetic and sincere lawyer, who is devoted to fighting for his clients and their rights. He is always looking for what is in the best interest of his clients and their goals.

George received his law degree from the University of Windsor in 2023. During his academic career, his favourite class was Dispute Resolution, where he learned how to negotiate, advocate for his clients' beliefs, and find solutions that are agreeable for all sides. Following the completion of his studies, George has practiced various areas of law in different legal arenas such as Ontario Small Claims Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and Alberta Court of King's Bench.

When he is not working, George enjoys supporting Chelsea FC, going to the theatre, watching Disney movies, and spending time with family and friends.

George was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024 and the Alberta Bar in 2025, and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and Alberta.

Ms. Maham Khan is a dedicated and client-focused lawyer who approaches each matter with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. She is committed to guiding her clients through the legal process with clear, practical advice while advocating for their best interests.

Maham practices in the area of family law and assists clients with a range of family-related matters. She understands that family disputes can be complex and emotionally challenging, and works closely with her clients to develop practical solutions tailored to their circumstances.

Maham obtained her Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) and went on to obtain her law degree from the University of Leicester in England. She completed her articling with a family law firm in Richmond Hill, where she focused primarily on family law matters while also gaining experience in wills and estates.

Outside of her legal practice, Maham enjoys travelling to different countries and spending time outdoors.

Maham was called to the bar in June 2025 and is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

 Ms. Emily Anderson graduated from Georgian College in 2017 with a Certificate of General Arts and Science, following which, she decided to pursue law. Emily then began her studies at Georgian College for the Law Clerk program, graduating on the Dean’s List in 2019.

Emily briefly worked in a local Civil Law practice before gaining employment within the Ministry of Attorney General in the County of Simcoe. She performed the roles of Court Clerk and Registrar, Court Reporter and Court and Client Representative of Family and Criminal Law in both the Superior and Ontario Court of Justice within various courthouses across the region.

Emily is recognized by her peers for her ability to promote positivity, inclusivity, belonging and is a strong advocate of social justice and equal opportunity. 

When Emily is not working, she enjoys the adventure of solo travelling.

 Ms. Krista Munro graduated from Mohawk College in 2019 with a diploma in Community and Justice Services. She then continued her education at Wilfrid Laurier University, where she obtained her Honours Bachelor’s degree in Criminology in 2022. During her academic career, Krista was actively involved in volunteer work within halfway houses, supporting individuals reintegrating back into the community. With a strong interest in the legal field, Krista is motivated to continue growing her knowledge and advancing her career within law.

Krista gained professional experience working in the City of Hamilton as a Case Manager, where she supported individuals primarily experiencing mental health and addiction challenges. She is passionate about advocating for her clients and providing meaningful support to those navigating complex circumstances. Krista also briefly worked with refugee claimants, assisting them through the immigration process and its legal aspects, while working closely with legal professionals to ensure clients were supported throughout.

Krista is recognized for her client-centred approach and her ability to build strong, trusting relationships. She is known for her empathy, professionalism, and strong communication skills, as well as her ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse and vulnerable populations.

When Krista is not working, she enjoys running, spending time with family and friends, and being with her two dogs.

Ms. Eleni Kampoutsi is a dedicated and compassionate Law Clerk with a strong focus in family law. She graduated from Humber College’s Law Clerk program in 2018 and began her legal career gaining experience in criminal law before transitioning into family law, where she has since developed her primary expertise.

Eleni plays an integral role in supporting counsel and assisting clients throughout all stages of their legal matters. She understands that family law issues often arise during some of the most challenging times in a person’s life, and she is committed to providing thoughtful, patient, and reliable support. Known for her kind and empathetic approach, Eleni strives to ensure that clients feel heard, informed, and supported every step of the way.

With a strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset, Eleni works closely with her team to help achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. She takes pride in contributing to a supportive and client-focused environment within the firm.

Outside of her professional role, Eleni enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children. She values family life and enjoys engaging in activities that create meaningful and lasting memories together.
